Which services can I buy?
You can buy web hosting, reseller hosting, domain registration, domain transfer, VPS/VDS, game server and server optimization services.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. During cart checkout you can choose to use your own domain, register a new domain or start a domain transfer.
How does domain availability work?
The system checks registrar APIs when configured. If no API is connected, it uses RDAP, WHOIS and DNS checks as a free live lookup.
Can I transfer a domain?
Yes. Use the domain search page in transfer mode and add the transfer to the cart. The admin can also track transfer status and auth code.
Which control panels are supported?
cPanel/WHM, CyberPanel, Plesk and DirectAdmin connections can be defined. Customers see the correct panel link for their service.
Can I manage DNS records?
Customers can manage local DNS records and nameservers from the client panel. Registrar nameserver updates are sent through API when available.
Which payment methods are supported?
PayTR, iyzico, bank transfer and manual payment methods can be configured from the admin panel.
How do support tickets work?
Customers can open tickets from the client panel, track statuses and reply from the public tracking page.
Are package features multilingual?
Yes. Package name, description and feature rows can be entered separately in Turkish, English and German.
Can site pages and menus be changed?
Yes. The admin panel includes separate screens for pages, menus, homepage settings and registration form fields.
