How personal data is processed for hosting, domain and server services.
This Privacy Policy describes the data processed for hosting, reseller, domain, VPS/VDS, server, game server, optimization, invoicing, payment and support services.
1. Data We Process
We may process name, company, email, phone, address, tax details, order data, domain names, nameservers, service records, support messages, invoices, payment status, IP address, session information and transaction logs.
2. Purposes
Data is used to receive orders, provide services, register or renew domains, provision hosting or servers, issue invoices, track payments, answer support requests, prevent abuse, secure the system and meet legal obligations.
3. Third Parties
Payments may be processed by PayTR, iyzico or bank transfer. Domain operations may use ResellerClub, GoDaddy, Namecheap or other configured registrars. Server services may use Hetzner Cloud or other configured providers.
4. Security
Passwords are stored with secure hashing. API keys and sensitive integration data are encrypted. The admin panel uses session protection, authorization checks and CSRF protection.
5. Retention
Order, invoice and payment records may be kept for legal and accounting requirements. Support and technical logs may be kept for service quality, dispute handling and security.
6. User Rights
Users may request access, correction, deletion or restriction where allowed by law. Requests can be sent via support or the listed support email address.
